Capital Confectioners, a greater Austin Cake Club and Non-Profit organization, was formed to provide people who are interested in sugar arts the opportunity to share and network with others who have similar interests. Club members have all different skill levels from home hobby decorators to experienced pastry chefs. We have many talented people in this area that are willing to share their expertise and everyone who attends will benefit from the ideas

Capital Confectioners Club May Meeting
The May demo will be given by Sallia Bandy. She will be showing a new software available at www.weddingcakedesig npro.com to design cakes for your customers, especially brides. Everyone will enjoy seeing how this software works before making the decision to buy it.
There will be updates on the new website and our upcoming Day of Sharing on August 10th.
We will also have a birthday dessert for our May birthdays. Read more
